It is a day-to-day method of working that encourages every member of the Unipart team to look for positive change and is therefore about sustaining continuous improvement through passionate staff involvement.
Review and Implement
At sites where Unipart Security Solutions are managing the clients’ manned guarding requirements, for example, it will be quite normal for staff to review the team’s overall performance at least twice a day and discuss issues which may affect performance levels. Efficient solutions are put in place by the very people who have to implement them.
