We have a team of over 200 expert practitioners who, prior to joining UEP, ‘cut their teeth’ implementing successful performance improvement programs in industry line-management roles across sectors as diverse as Banking, Logistics, Public Service and Healthcare.
Knowledge and experience
As a result, UEP’s team comprises consultants with transformational expertise, deep experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management and high levels of practical experience, know-how and credibility. This helps us to understand client requirements, identify opportunities and help our clients to achieve exceptional and lasting benefits.
But what distinguishes UEP people from other consultants is not just a depth of experience nor the proven ability to design the best architecture for the successful introduction of Lean and other performance improvement techniques into a wide range of Public and Private Sector environments.
